How does this work?
You tell us your story, and we turn it into a fully custom song—written just for you! Just head to our Get Started page, fill out the form, and we’ll take it from there.

What do I get with a Full Song purchase?
You’ll receive a 2–4 minute original song, professionally produced and delivered as a high-quality MP3. Every Full Song also comes with a lyric text file.

What’s included in the Premium Package?

The Premium Package includes:

• A full custom song (2–4 min)

• A karaoke-style lyric video

• A lyric text file

• A commercial license for use on podcasts, videos, or monetized content

How long does it take to get my song?
Most songs are delivered within 3–5 business days. Premium and Song Circle members get priority delivery (typically 3 days or less).

Can I request changes after delivery?
Yes! Every order includes one free revision if you reply within 24 hours of receiving your song.

What are my delivery options?
All songs are delivered digitally via email—no shipping required.

Do you offer refunds?
Because each song is custom-created, we can’t offer refunds. But we’re committed to making sure you love the final result and will always work with you to get it right.

What is the Song Circle membership?

Song Circle is our VIP quarterly plan. For $150 every 3 months, you get:

• One Premium custom song per month (3 total per cycle)

• Includes lyric video, commercial license, and text file

• Priority delivery

• The ability to bank songs if you don’t use them right away

What does “banking songs” mean?

As a Song Circle member, if you don’t request a song in a given month, you can save it (bank it) for later—up to a maximum of 6 songs. Once you've banked 6 songs, we’ll automatically pause your membership (and billing) until you’re ready to use one. We’ll also send monthly email updates to let you know how many songs you have banked.
