1. Our Services
   Custom Song Works provides personalized songs based on information you provide. All songs are delivered digitally.

2. User Content
   You confirm that any information, stories, or materials you provide (such as names, events, and details) are accurate and do not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Payment & Delivery
   Full payment is required to begin production. Songs are typically delivered via email within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

4. Revisions
   One revision is allowed per order if requested within 24 hours of delivery. Additional edits may incur a fee.

5. Refund Policy
   Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we will always work with you to ensure you're satisfied with the final result.

6. License & Ownership

   • You may share and use your song for personal enjoyment.

   • Commercial use (podcasts, videos, advertising, monetization) requires a commercial license.

   • Custom Song Works retains the right to use anonymized versions of your song for portfolio or marketing unless otherwise agreed.

7. Membership Terms
   Song Circle membership includes 1 Premium song per month. Members can bank up to 6 songs. If the bank is full, billing is paused until at least one is used.

8. Site Usage
   You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other accounts, or distribute harmful content.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
